Dr. Claudia R. Wintoch is
part of two apostolic networks:
HIM and FFMI.

I have added a page to my site that has current news on the economic and humanitarian situation in Mali. I have also updated the construction flyer again so you can use it to spread the word. Finally, a new updated version of the 6 min video clip is also online.

FIRST BUILDING

We're moving end of October, and still need $49,000 to complete the house to move into. We also need $20,000 for the solar panels by the end of September.
Please mark your donation with "construction Mali".

These past few weeks in the US the Lord has been giving enormous favor for the sake of His work in Mali, connecting me with people and opening doors with great potential. From the very beginning I've said that I'm only a little girl at the hand of a big Daddy, and I knew I'd just stand by watching in awe how He does it all, and that's the way I've been feeling.

With all those great things happening, and the awesome things ahead of us, the enemy is not sleeping and has devised a plan to destroy us.

In a previous email I told you about the 4 girls we had visiting us in July, and how they got sick. One of these girls is extremely angy and upset and determined to do everything in her might to cause us at least harm or close us down if possible.

She has contacted the French authorities in Mali to get them to do an inspection of our center. I believe she's after hygiene in the kitchen since she blames us for getting sick. They wouldn't believe me that none of our visitors had gotten sick before.

The French authorities might pass it on to the Malian authorities, and my concern is primarily that we do not have our legal papers for the children's center yet. If they come in for an inspection, they have every right to close us down.

Please pray for the enemy's plan to be shattered, that we'd have favor with the authorities, and for protection for our center and my seven children. Please forward this email to all the intercessors you know. I know that God will prevail, and His will will be done.

I have talked to Paul today and alerted him to the situation. I told him to bless these girls, to forgive them, and to pray blessings over them, so our hearts would stay pure and not get offended.

QUICK NEWS

  •        Children - There are some serious problems among the children right now, involving at least 3 of them. Please pray for wisdom for myself, and for those kids to have an encounter with God, to know the fear of God that leads to repentance and holiness.
  •       New Believer - On the upside, yesterday a former prison inmate came to find out more about the Lord. While in prison in Algeria, somebody gave him a New Testament, and he read it. He was intrigued though he didn't understand it. Paul shared the gospel with him, and with tears in his eyes, the man confessed all his sins, and accepted Jesus. Praise God!
  •      Souleymane has moved in with us permanently. Our village pastor is glad to be rid of him because there were some serious issues. Pray that the Lord would heal him and transform him, as well as the pastor.
  •      Financial Miracles - The 6 American kids that came over in May have done an amazing job raising funds for our building project this summer. I love this new on-fire generation coming up! They have raised the $16,000 needed for us to finish the wall. Praise God! Now we're waiting for the money to be transferred so Kossi can pick up work again, with the kids helping him until school starts. Construction stopped a month ago for lack of funds.
  •      Moving October 31 - Other people have also given generously - thank you all - and now we need another $49,000 to finish the first building we want to move into on October 31. The solar power system is another $35,000, and the solar panel supplyer needs $20,000 by the end of September since a container for Mali is leaving then. Nothing is impossible for God!
  •      England - There is a possibility of me going to England. If you are located in England, please send me an email.

No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me,” says the LORD. (Isa 54:17)

Claudia
